Taylor Energy has been awarded a grant from the California Energy Commission to develop low-cost waste gasification technology. The technology developed by Taylor Energy will be accomplished at the University of California Riverside CE-CERT facility.
The key technology advancement by Taylor Energy will utilize a novel Pulse-Detonation-Engine (PDE) to power a Jet-Spouted-Bed (JSB) gasification reactor. Proof-of-concept testing has been completed in advance of the submitting the grant request to the California Energy Commission.
